Your specialized mantra is based on the date, time and location of your birth and was the vibration of the universe when you were born. Learn how a consistent meditation practice can help alleviate health challenges and help you live a healthier life with more ease and flow. 

This is a 3 class series where you'll learn about the health benefits of having a consistent meditation practice, the physiological impact of meditation and you'll receive your personalized mantra. Your specialized mantra is based on the date, time and location of your birth and was the vibration of the universe when you went from unmanifested to manifested. We'll then discuss the practical aspects of meditation and the Higher States of Consciousness that can be achieved with a regular meditation practice.
